1Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "user", "customer") and Corio ("Corio", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Corio mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Services").
By downloading, accessing, registering on, or placing an order through the Corio app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2Eligibility & Account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or using the App under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place orders.
- You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3Orders & Product Availability
When you place an order through the App, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is considered accepted only once it is confirmed within the App or via a confirmation message.
- Product images are for illustration purposes; actual products (packaging, weight, or brand) may vary slightly.
- Availability of products and delivery slots is subject to stock and service area at the time of ordering.
- Corio reserves the right to limit order quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at its discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of an item.
4Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed in the App are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees, handling charges, or small-cart fees may apply and will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
In the rare event of a pricing or listing error, Corio reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, even after the order has been confirmed.
Payments can be made via available online payment methods (UPI, cards, net banking) or Cash on Delivery, where offered. Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways; Corio does not store your complete payment credentials.
5Delivery
- Corio currently delivers to selected areas within Sawai Madhopur, Ranthambore, Sherpur and nearby locations. Delivery is not guaranteed outside these serviceable zones.
- Estimated delivery times shown in the App are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, order volume, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address and time slot selected; repeated failed deliveries may result in order cancellation.
- Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items to us immediately.
6Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel an order free of charge before it has been packed or dispatched for delivery, using the order screen in the App. Once an order has been packed or is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7User Conduct
When using the Corio App, you agree that you will not:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Provide false, misleading, or another person's information without authorization.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or related systems.
- Misuse promotional offers, coupon codes, or referral programs beyond their intended terms.
- Abuse, threaten, or behave inappropriately toward delivery partners or customer support staff.
8Offers & Promotions
From time to time, Corio may offer discounts, coupon codes, referral bonuses, or promotional offers. These are subject to their own specific terms, may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice, and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
9Intellectual Property
The Corio name, logo, app design, graphics, text and all related content are the intellectual property of Corio and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.
10Limitation of Liability
The Corio App and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Corio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services, including delays in delivery, product unavailability, or technical issues.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Indian consumer protection law that cannot be lawfully excluded.
11Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Corio, its employees, delivery partners, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.
12Suspension & Termination
Corio reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the Services in any way. You may also stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.
13Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan.
14Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, or legal requirements. The updated Terms will be posted in the App with a revised "Last Updated" date, and your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
